Franchising Process:
Step 1: Request For Consideration Form:
Please download and fill out the request for consideration form and submit it back to us using our secure server. If you have any questions about the form please email us at sales@poutinpink.com so we can answer any questions you might have. This application will give us the proper information we need to better understand your goals and is confidential. After receiving your application you will need to sign a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) in order to move forward.
Step 2: Pout In Pinks Franchise Sales Call
Once your application has been filled out and submitted back to us one of Pout In Pinks Franchise Team Members will then review your application. If it appears you are qualified we will contact you to schedule a phone interview. We will then discuss any additional questions you might have. If both of us feel as though Pout In Pink Franchise is a appropriate fit for you we will then send you a Franchise Disclosure Document.
Step 3: Franchise Disclosure Documents
The Franchise Disclosure Document is required by the FTC Federal Trade Commission and explains the relationship you will have with is as a Pout In Pink Franchise owner. Pout In Pinks Franchise Agreement and other legal documents are also include in the Franchise Disclosure Document. We highly recommend that you take and have these documents reviewed by a franchise attorney and/or other adviser.
Step 4: Signing Your Franchise Agreement
Pout In Pinks Franchise Team Members will then review all of the information that has been submitted and we have collected, and if a decision is made to move forward we will send you two copies of our Franchise Agreement. After a minimum of a 10-14 day period from the time the Franchise Disclosure Document is delivered, you will sign both copies and return them to us with the franchise fee. You will receive a copy of those documents for your record as well as a Operations Manual. From there you will then be offered training. CONGRATULATIONS you are now part of Pout In Pinks Franchise Owners! Our goal is to have your new PIP Franchise build out within 90-120 days.

Pout In Pink retail franchise boutiques are perfect for strip malls, and centers that cater to our target marker. Typically locations will be downtown, urban areas surrounded by residential neighborhoods fitting out target profile combined with a mix of salons, schools, boutiques, excise facilities, tanning salons and spas that attract a similar clientele.
What is the typical store size, will I have a say in what merchandise goes in my store?
The average Pout In Pink store size ranges between 900-1200 sq feet. YES you will be able to choose what merchandise you want to carry in your store. We will be offering all of our in store items on an online franchise site so you will be able to select the merchandise that best fits you and your store.
How much is the initial investment to open a Pout In Pink franchise?
Approximately $50,000 to $70,000 is the cost for a new Pout In Pink franchise. This number will vary depending on the products you would like to carry and the location and size of your store.
What are the ongoing Royalty fees that will be paid each month?

All Pout In Pink stores will look alike! The same theme will be carried in each store including: same paint color, awnings, signs, fixtures, tags, displays etc. We will allow you to add your own personal touches as well!
Will all locations have the same hours of operation?
Yes all Pout In Pink locations will have the same hours of operation unless other arrangements have been made. Hours may very depending on location. Hours of operation are as follows:
10am to 6 pm- Monday-Friday
10am to 4pm- Saturday
Closed- Sunday
Will I be offered marketing support?
Yes you will! We will market your location on our site.
Where will I purchase all of my products?
All products will be purchased through Pout In Pinks Franchise link. This will provide you with many items of clothing, custom made accessories, and goodies that are in our retail stores only.
