Returns & Exchange Policy
Here at Pout In Pink we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact one of our sales representative so we can give you a Return Number. You MUST HAVE this number in order for us to credit or exchange your merchandise. When calling in to get this number is when we will go over our return policy with you. You may return your merchandise for an exchange, or store credit only within 5 days of delivery. Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and placed in original packing. If items are in less then perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned. Please place the Return Number on the invoice and place it in the box/package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. Make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records. When calling for a Return Number you will be provided with the address in which the return will need to be shipped to. Once items have been received and inspected we will them issue you a store credit or let you exchange for other products you might want. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS ON OUR REFUND POLICY. As a wholesaler we are very limited on our refund policy. In some cases a 15% re stocking fee may apply. Clearance Items/Sweet Deals/Grab Bags
Clearance items, Grab Bags and Sweet Deal are non returnable and none refundable. All items will be discontinued and are a final sale, no exceptions will be made.
I placed an order, can I cancel it?
I'm sorry once an order is placed it can not be canceled this includes all International orders as well. Once you receive your order if you would like to return items you can do so then. Please make sure to refer to our return policy before sending items back. If your order requires additional shipping charges you will need to make the payment first in full before we can send your package to you. If the full amount is not paid we will keep your order until the amount is paid in full, this applies to International orders as well.
Birthday Parties
Once a Birthday Party is scheduled and the $50.00 deposit has been paid if you choose to cancel the $50.00 deposit is non refundable. No exceptions will be made.

Order Status
Simply log into Order Tracking on our site and enter your E mail address along with your Order Number and it will give you updated information on the status of your order. If the order reads shipped make sure to check your email for a delivery confirmation number from ENDICIA. This email could also be located in your spam/junk mail. After retrieving the delivery confirmation code you may track your product at www.usps.com or simply give us a call and we can track it for you. 480-963-3336.
Condition Of Use
We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All Pout In Pink products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Pout In Pink accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products. All products must be hand washed.

Pout In Pink will maintain complete and total privacy of all personal information collected through our website including e-mail addresses. Our goal is to make your shopping experience safe, easy & confidential. Customer information will not be distributed or sold to others for any reason.
Shipping
All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound and mostly Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made. Priority mail takes between 2-3 business days for delivery and USPS First Class or Parcel Post app 3-7 business days. Most orders take approximately 24 hours to process, and ship within 24 to 48 hours after processing. Please note this is processing time only and shipping time will need to be added on to this time. However during busy times that may increase to 3-4 days. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or tampered with packages. If you are having trouble locating your package please contact the carrier you chose first to track it. We will not replace lost or stolen packages. We provide delivery confirmation but do not provide insurance on packages. If you would like to add insurance to insure your package please purchase insurance on the site.

You may now pick up your order in our amazing new Pout In Pink store. Please use code PIPPICKUP at checkout to apply free shipping. This is for customer pick up only. If this code is used otherwise you will still need to pay shipping charges and an additional fee will apply. Make sure to leave the words PICK UP in the comments section just incase we are running a free shipping sale at the same time. If we are not notified through the comments sections or called we will automatically ship your package. We will CALL you when the order is ready to be picked up. Thank you!

Our standard processing time for shipping here at Pout In Pink is currently 4-5 business days. By choosing the RUSH ORDER option this ensures that your order is moved up to the top of the list to be completed and shipped right away!
Please note we do NOT process RUSH ORDER on Friday, Weekends and Holidays.If you do select to have your order rushed on a Friday, it will no be processed tell Monday. If you select your order to be rushed on a Holiday it will be processed the 1st or 2nd business day as to when we are back and processing orders. Rush orders are processed in the order received so before Holidays there may be a 1 to 2 day wait. All Rush Orders are shipped United States Postal Services and will be shipped Priority Mail. A Rush Order package is not an over night service.
Shipping Rates:
Is $2.99 base plus 10% Of your order value. All orders over $150.00 ship for free, free shipping and discounts do not apply together. You may use only one of the other. If a sale or special is running or being offered free shipping over $500.00 will not apply at this time. Your package will be sent using United States Postal Service. Free shipping is for US customers only.
Interntional Shipping
International orders will be charged $2.99 base plus 10% 0f the order value at the time of checkout. If these fees do not cover the package or packages to be shipped we will notify you with the additional costs and charge a separate transaction for the remaining balance before shipping. International orders do not receive free shipping. The cart may say so if it's over $150.00 but that applies to US customers only. We can NOT guarantee delivery times on International orders due to the amount of time it may take to get through Customs. Most International orders are received within 3 to 4 weeks, however it can take up to 6 or longer if Customs has a large volume of packages to pass through. For this reason, we are unable to offer Expedite or Rush services for International orders. International orders do not include custom fees that might be assessed by other countries. We are not responsible for any additional fees or taxes that might be determined. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you need help tracking a package please contact your selected carrier first. All International orders are sent first class through USPS. If for some reason you are not able to pay postage due and cancel a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please refer to returns/exchanges.
Coupon Codes
If given a personal coupon or discount code it must be used within 30 days of the date given or the coupon/discount will automatically expire.
If given a coupon code for a sale, the coupon must be entered at time of checkout. Please make sure after entering the coupon to hit the refresh button. This will recalculate and take the discount off for you automatically. We WILL NOT REFUND your account if the code was not entered at the time of purchase. WE WILL NOT issue a coupon code for a future purchase if you forgot to enter the code at checkout. The discount can only be applied at the time of checkout. If you are having problems with a code at check out please call us before processing your order. Remember coupons do expire, usually within 24 to 72 hours depending on the sale we are running.
