Returns Policy

Here at Pout In Pink we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please make sure to take the following steps:

1. Text us at 480.809.5442 to receive an RMA number. YOU MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER TO RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE. 

2. Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and placed in original packing.  If items are in less then perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense. 

3. You may return your merchandise for store credit within 5 days of delivery as long as it's not a Holiday or Clearance item. 

4. If you chose a size of clothing and it is to big or to small and you would like to exchange please text us at 480.809.5442. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. We do our best to give you a "guideline" size chart. Everything is hand made and varies from outfit to outfit so please ask for measurements ahead of time by texting 480.809.5442. 

5.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. Make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records.

6. All Holiday items and discontinued/clearance items are a final sale and can not be exchanged no exceptions. 

7. Once an order is shipped, if you would like to return merchandise for a store credit/exchange you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways (Unless it was an error on our part) When returning if we receive your package and you do not want to pay the funds to have it shipped back a 20% restocking fee will apply before a refund is issued. The refund will not include shipping costs. 

8. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is undeliverable the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. If the package is shipped back to us and the customer does not want to pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent back out, a 20% restocking fee will apply before a refund is issued. 

If you ordered the wrong merchandise and realized it after checkout contact us immediately. Our shipping hours are not the same as our customer service hours so there is a good possibility it could ship before the correction is made. We are not responsible for incorrect orders. If we do still have your order when contacted we can exchange the incorrect merchandise to the correct merchandise. If we have it in stock. If not we can exchange for another item. If you decide to remove merchandise entirely before package is shipped a 20% restocking fee will apply. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed if you decide to cancel it there will be a 20% restocking fee. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is undeliverable the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. If the package is shipped back to us and the customer does not want to pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent back out, a 20% restocking fee will apply before a refund is issued. We DO NOT change anything with your shipping address. Once the order is submitted a label is automatically generated. Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your shipping address to prevent your package from being "undeliverable". If your package is undeliverable we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the undeliverable package is received on our end (if received) you will be notified and asked for the correct address. At this time postage will be due to reship. If we do not receive your package do to a "reroute" from the postal service we are not responsible for the lost or stolen items.

CONDITION OF USE

We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All Pout In Pink products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Pout In Pink accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products. All products must be hand washed. If a product is received and defective you have 48 hours to notify us. Once a product is worn we are not responsible for any damage that might have occurred once worn.

COUPON CODES

If given a personal coupon or discount code it must be used within 30 days of the date given or the coupon/discount will automatically expire. All promotions are non stackable unless you have a store credit. 

If given a coupon code for a sale, the coupon must be entered at time of checkout. Please make sure after entering the coupon to hit the refresh button. This will recalculate and take the discount off for you automatically. We WILL NOT REFUND your account if the code was not entered at the time of purchase. WE WILL NOT issue a coupon code for a future purchase if you forgot to enter the code at checkout. The discount can only be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be combined with any other offers. Coupon promotions do not apply to already discounted/sale items as of 2/1/17. All promotions are non stackable, unless you have a person credit or are picking your order up. If you are having problems with a code at check out please call or text us before processing your order. Remember coupons do expire, usually within 24 to 72 hours depending on the sale we are running.

CREDIT CARDS/PAYPALWe accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,  and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Pout In Pink also excepts Pay Pal payments.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS/CLEARANCE ITEMS
Clearance items, discounted items, Holiday Items, Grab Bags and Hot Deals are non returnable and non refundable. All items will be discontinued and are a final sale, no exceptions will be made.
    GARMENT CARE
    Hand wash cold individually, lay flat to dry. We are not responsible for damaged items during washing, after washing or drying. 
      LINKS
      This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we're not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
        MISSING ITEMS
        If for any reason you are missing an item/items in your order you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving. Please email us at info@poutinpink.com or call us at 480-963-3336. Thank you 
          MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
          For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
            ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
            Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
              ORDER STATUS
              Simply log into your account and select View Past Orders to view the status of each order. If the order reads shipped, make sure to check your email for a delivery confirmation number from our cart. This email could also be located in your spam/junk mail. After retrieving the delivery confirmation code you may track your product at www.usps.com or simply give us a call and we can track it for you. 480-963-3336.
                OTHER CONDITIONS
                These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Pout in Pink signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
                  PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
                  Disclaimer: Prices and availability subject to change without notice. If a special, sale, or clearance is being ran we will not credit you for a future order placed. No exceptions will be made. 
                    PRIVACY ON OTHER WEBSITES
                    Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties. 
                      TAXES
                      Our store automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
                        TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
                        In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
                          WEBSITE PICTURES
                          You may only use Pout In Pink's images of our products and models if you currently purchasing or plan on purchasing from us. 

                          Shipping Time 

                          All orders ship within one to two business days, excluding Holidays or busy season. Most orders take 5-7 business days to receive once shipped unless otherwise stated next to the product. 

                          Most orders received before 12:00PM MST will ship the same day/next day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM MST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. 

                          SHIPPING RATES

                          Standard USPS shipping rates. Shipping rates vary depending on weight of item(s). Packages under 16oz ship First Class USPS unless you have paid for rush shipping. All packages 1 pound and over will ship Priority Mail through USPS, Parcel Post through USPS, or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages so please make sure to call us to purchase insurance after you checkout, or leave notes at checkout.

                          STANDARD SHIPPING

                          Orders are shipped in the order they are received. 15.9oz and under always ships first class unless rushed. If it weighs 15.9 oz and under and you would like us to send Priority Mail additional funds will be required. Anything 1 pound and over ship Priority Mail or UPS is vary rare cases we will send it Parcel Post. Processing time is 1-2 business days for us to process and pack your order. Once processed please allow 2-5 business days to ship/receive. Most customers receive their orders within 5-7 business days or sooner from the date of purchase.

                          RUSH SHIPPING 

                          Rush shipping puts your order in front over everyone else, there is no processing time only shipping time which is 1-3 business days. We ship all Rush order Priority Mail USPS or UPS. Make sure to text us at 1.480.809.5442 of you place a rush order.

                          Shipping USPS/AGREEMENT 

                          • All items will be shipped Via USPS First Class (usually if under a pound and mostly Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made).
                          • Priority Mail takes between 2-3 business days for delivery and USPS First Class takes 2-5 business days.
                          • If shipped UPS it typically takes 3-4 business days to receive. 
                          • Most orders take approximately 24 hours to process, and ship within 24 to 48 hours after processing.
                          • Please note this is processing time only and shipping time will need to be added on to this time. However during busy times (Holidays and or big sales/promotions) processing time will increase to 3-4 business days to process. Any orders that state there is a wait, per order, high demand etc take an additional 10-14 days to receive. 
                          • If you have any questions or concerns about shipping please feel free to contact us.
                          • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with packages. If you are having trouble locating your package please contact the carrier you chose first to track it. We will not replace lost or stolen packages. We provide delivery confirmation but do not provide insurance on packages.
                          • If you would like to add insurance to insure your package please purchase insurance on the site.
                          • Once an order is shipped, if you would like to return merchandise for a store credit/exchange you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways (Unless it was an error on our part) 
                          • When shipping to an address provided by the customer, if the package is undeliverable and gets sent back to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

                          INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

                          We can NOT guarantee delivery times on International orders due to the amount of time it may take to get through Customs. Most International orders are received within 1 to 3 weeks, however it can take up to 6 or longer if Customs has a large volume of packages to pass through. For this reason, we are unable to offer Expedite or Rush services for International orders. International orders do not include custom fees that might be assessed by other countries. We are not responsible for any additional fees or taxes that might be determined. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you need help tracking a package please contact your selected carrier first. All International orders are sent first class through USPS. Free shipping does not apply for international orders.
